The lawyer must deal with regulators, ombudsmen and oversight bodies openly, honestly and in a timely way, respond fully to proper requests, and permit inspection of records.

IE Barristers Bar Code of Conduct Rule 2.20; Rule 2.3(i) strong 6 cases
