Comply with rules of foreign jurisdictions profession

When acting or practising outside the home jurisdiction the lawyer must comply with the applicable conduct rules of the host jurisdiction and place of proceedings, so far as consistent with their core duties.

IE Solicitors Law Society Guide Ch11 — EU Directive on Establishment strong
The directive deals with the matter of rules of professional conduct. It provides that the immigrant lawyer is subject to the rules of professional conduct that apply to lawyers in the host state.
