<p>The Solicitor’s practising certificate was cancelled pursuant to sections 76(b) and 89(2)(b) of the Legal Profession Uniform Law (NSW) on the basis the Law Society Council is of opinion that the Solicitor is not a fit and proper person to hold a practising certificate having considered the serious offences for which she was convicted by the Local Court on 14 January 2021, including the facts and circumstances that surround or arose in connection with those offences.</p>
