<p>Between 17 April 2019 and 16 March 2021, the Solicitor caused deficiencies by transferring $10,750 of trust money from the general trust account to the office account for his own purposes and failed to keep trust records; in breach of ss148 and 147(2) of the Uniform Law.</p><p>The conduct also contravened Rules 42(3), 36(1) and 52(4) of the General Rules.</p> — Unsatisfactory Professional Conduct
