<ol><li>The Solicitor sent intimidating correspondence in breach of Rule 34 of the <em>Legal Profession Uniform Law Australian Solicitors' Conduct Rules.</em></li><li>The Solicitor breached Rule 25 of the Solicitors' Rules by conferring with more than one lay witness at the same time about issues which there were reasonable grounds for her to believe would be contentious at a hearing and where such conferral could affect the evidence to be given by any of those witnesses.</li></ol> — Unsatisfactory Professional Conduct
