The solicitor prepared or had prepared a Caveat and entered into that document on the statutory declaration portion of the form, his signature, name and occupation. This signature purported to show that the solicitor had taken the statutory declaration of the complainant when in fact the document had not been signed when the solicitor signed it as a witness. The solicitor did not see any person sign the document which he purported to witness. — A reasonable likelihood of a finding of unsatisfactory professional conduct
