1. The solicitor certified the execution of an Enduring Power of Attorney and an Enduring Guardianship where he:<BR/> (a) Failed to provide any, or adequate, explanation of the effect of those documents prior to the donor of the power signing; and<BR/> (b) Failed to take adequate steps to satisfy himself that the donor understood the effect of the documents<BR/>2. The solicitor sent to the donor's representative an email that was incorrect and failed to correct the email subsequently — Unsatisfactory Professional Conduct
