Allegation / charges
<p>On 11 September 2023, the lawyer was convicted in the New South Wales Local Court of one offence contrary to section 319 of the <em>Crimes Act 1900 </em>(NSW) by perverting the course of justice. He was sentenced to a community corrections order (<strong>CCO</strong>) for a period of 12 months. </p>
