<p>The Respondent Solicitor acted in a conflict of interest in lending money to his client without the fully informed consent of the client</p><p><span style="color: rgb(38, 50, 56);"></span></p><p>On 26 October 2023, the <span style="color: rgb(38, 50, 56);">Council of the Law Society of New South Wales</span> made a finding of Unsatisfactory Professional Conduct and Mr Lu was reprimanded.</p><p><br></p><p>On 27 October 2023, Mr Lu commenced proceedings in the Tribunal to seek administrative review of the decision.</p> — Unsatisfactory Professional Conduct
